An avid runner, cyclist and mom, Deborah brings much insight and experience to her practice. Since graduating in 2008 at the top of her class from Sutherland Chan, she has diversified her practice.
Deborah draws on fascial release training, techniques from her yoga practice and knowledge from her own training to help athletes of all abilities and ages. She offers guidance for optimal work/play biomechanics, targeting the cause of repetitive strain and assymetries that develop in the body. She promotes stretching, self treatment and athletic taping to manage and prevent injuries. She has seen many positive results treating rotator cuff injuries and and is certified in athletic taping.
Deborah has also specialized in helping women during pregnancy and in the early stages of motherhood. She is passionate about providing comfort and care, helping mom and baby thrive during this precious stage. She is certified in infant massage and loves helping new moms take care of themselves.
When she is not practicing, Deborah is happiest when she is on her SUP or dancing.
