Nathalie Zeemel, MSW, RSW

Nathalie Zeemel, M.S.W, R.S.W. has over 10 years experience as a social worker and therapist in various health care settings. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Work and Master’s of Social Work degree from Ryerson University. She is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Work.

Nathalie has certifications and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-informed practice, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness CBT. She conducts therapy that is open, collaborative and respectful.

Nathalie supports clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress reduction, mental health conditions, abuse, healthy relationships, chronic illness, pain management, suicidal ideation, self-harm, substance use, sexuality, gender identity and more. Maintaining confidentiality, privacy and a solid ethical approach to therapy is of utmost priority for Nathalie.

Nathalie has a special interest working with women on their fertility journey, individuals, seniors and adolescents aged 16 and older. Nathalie is queer allied, racial justice allied and supports clients with experiences of oppression. She works from a strengths-based approach.
