Nindy’s Smoothie Bowl Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cold filtered water
  • handful of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) – frozen or fresh
  • huge handful of kale or spinach
  • 1 scoop of whey or vegan protein
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of Hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp of Moringa leaf powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp of Ashwaganda powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp of Spirulina (optional)

 

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients listed above in a high speed blender.  Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with Chia and Hemp seeds , granola and any fruit of your choice.

  • Diabetes and weight loss
  • Joint pains (reduces inflammation)

Ashwaganda:

  • is an adaptogen and good for adrenal and thyroid health/support

Our driveway is to the right of our building. We’ve reserved three designated parking spaces for our patients to make your arrival easier. Two of these spaces are located to the right as you enter the driveway, and the third is the first spot visible from the driveway entrance at the back of the building.

 

 

If those are not available, please consider the following options nearby:

  • Free street parking available on Seneca Avenue.
  • The free City of Mississauga public lot at Cayuga Ave & Lakeshore.
  • Paid parking is also available along Lakeshore Road right in front of our building.
