Jen Bondoc, MACP, B.Ed, B.A., Registered Psychotherapist

What’s Your Story?

We all have a story, but often don’t have a safe space to process and share it. Jen creates that space for you through respectful, honest conversations built on trust. She wants to hear your story, understand your experience, and support you in exploring the next steps that are right for you.

Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, decision-making challenges, relationship issues, pregnancy or postpartum concerns, infertility, maternal mental health, parenting struggles, or other personal challenges, Jen believes that positive change is most effectively achieved with support. Through an integrative, individualized approach, Jen will work with you to uncover ways to move toward confidence, healing, peace, and purpose.

Jen holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Social Relations and a Bachelor of Education in Primary/Junior instruction. Before transitioning into mental health care, Jen taught for nearly a decade in both private and public schools in Canada and the US.

With extensive travel experience and having lived and worked abroad, Jen has a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and enjoys learning from others’ experiences. She is also actively involved in her community, particularly in the fight against modern-day slavery. In her free time, Jen enjoys quality family time, being outdoors, browsing in bookstores, and savoring a good cup of coffee!
