Nathalie Zeemel, M.S.W, R.S.W. has over 10 years experience as a social worker and therapist in various health care settings. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Social Work degree from Ryerson University. She is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and the Ontario Association of Social Work.
Nathalie has an anti-oppression background and prides herself on offering a collaborative and respectful therapy experience. She’s trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and other modalities and has been successful supporting people coping with a variety of mental health issues, and issues stemming from chronic pain and illness.
She is expereinced working with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, mental health conditions, abuse, chronic illness, pain management, suicidal ideation, self-harm, substance use, sexuality, gender identity and more. Nathalie has a special interest working with women on their fertility journey, individuals, seniors and adolescents aged 16 and older.
