Trudy Parolin

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Reiki Master, Certified Reflexologist

Being introduced to Reiki by sheer coincidence in 2010, Trudy Parolin knew from the first treatment herself, that she had to know more about this all encompassing modality, to share it with people.
Now as a Reiki Master and Teacher, Trudy is honored & guided to bring this wonderful healing to her clients, bringing healing on all elements of life – mental, emotional, spiritual and physical, through the traditional method of Usui Reiki, and is an active member of the RMA.
Furthering her education, in 2015 Trudy obtained her Certification in Reflexology through the OCR, to bring a more hands on approach to clients who find that Massage Therapy is too invasive, or feel more comfortable having their feet worked on, in lieu of their body.  As an attentive practitioner to this modality, Trudy is an active member of the Ontario College of Reflexology.
Looking for a modality that would encompass both Reiki and Reflexology, Trudy went back to school and completed her exams to become a Massage Therapist through I.C.A.T private College.  Since 2016, she is  a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario), proudly using both relaxation massage as well as therapeutic massage with General Swedish Massage techniques, trigger point and fascial release, she can help bring her clients back to a level of balance & comfort.  Her goals are in Cranial Sacral Therapy as well as MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) for the near future as her specialty.  Trudy is an active member of the CMTO & RMTAO.
In her spare time, Trudy donates her time to the Dorothy Ley and Heart House Hospice to help those dealing with the terminally ill.  As a busy wife and mother of 2 Trudy loves to be with her family & surrounded by positivity & enjoys every single day life gives!
Trudy offers a free 15 minute meet & greet appointment.  Trudy is honored to play a part in your journey!
